Josefien Groot is the co-founder and CEO of QLayers, a coating company that develops hardware that creates microstructures on large surfaces. Josefien is a conscious entrepreneur and change maker who believes everything is possible. She is determined to improve the world, by enterprising and innovation, when it comes to sustainability and social equality. She established and sold a company under the age of 21, won the national championship of boxing in 2012 in the Netherlands (C, 60kg) and was third place on the (junior) national championship of powerlifting in 2017.
